Eterna Claims Group

Eterna Claims Group is a trade name of EternaSeal Technologies LLC, an Illinois limited liability company ("Eterna," "we," "us," or "our").

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Eterna Claims Group website and secure portal (the "Portal"). By accessing or using the Portal, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of Our Services

Eterna evaluates bankruptcy claims listed in publicly filed court records and may make voluntary offers to purchase such claims for cash. Participation is entirely voluntary. We are not the Bankruptcy Court, the debtor, or any court-appointed claims agent.

We do not provide legal, financial, or tax advice. You should consult your own advisors before accepting any offer.

2. Offers and Assignments

Any offer made through the Portal is specific to the identified claim and may be withdrawn prior to execution of an assignment agreement.

By signing an Assignment of Claim, you agree to transfer all right, title, and interest in the claim to Eterna, subject to the conditions described in the agreement.

3. Conditional Effectiveness

Assignments executed through the Portal are conditional upon:

• Successful identity verification, and
• Completion of required payment setup, and
• Any applicable court filing or notice period.

If these conditions are not satisfied, the assignment may not become effective.

4. Payment

Payment will be initiated within the timeframe stated in your offer after all required conditions are satisfied.

If payment is not initiated within that timeframe (other than due to a verification failure or dispute), you may rescind the assignment and retain your claim by providing written notice.

5. Identity Verification

We use third-party identity verification providers to confirm identity and authority. Verification is required to release payment and prevent fraud.

We do not sell or monetize biometric data. Identity data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

6. Court Filings and Notices

Following completion of an assignment, Eterna may file a notice of transfer of claim with the applicable bankruptcy court. You may receive a copy of this notice from the court. No action is required from you unless otherwise stated.

7. Electronic Signatures

By using the Portal, you consent to transact electronically and to use electronic signatures and records in accordance with applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eterna is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Portal or any transaction contemplated herein.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
